Enjoy hot or cold beverages at home using a very versatile espresso machine. A good espresso machine lets you enjoy your favorite brews any time of the day. Some of the best espresso recipes include:
~Cappuccino – typically 1/3 part espresso to 2/3 part frothed milk in a five ounce cappuccino cup topped with foam from the frothed milk. It can be garnished with a light sprinkle of ground chocolate, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla.
~Caffe Latte – a brew referred to by the French as cafe au lait and the Spanish as cafe con leche. This has a double-shot of espresso (about three ounces) mixed with about five ounces of steamed milk served in a large nine ounce bowl-shaped heavy cup. There is usually little or no foam added to the top.
~Mocha Cappuccino – a mixture of 1/3 part espresso to 2/3 part steamed milk. Dissolve cocoa or chocolate syrup with the milk until desired taste.
