As a first time mom, I was both excited and nervous to see my baby. A month before giving birth, my husband and I bought the essentials already. I got a crib, crib skirts, mattress, diapers, and some baby clothes. I remember the baby shower that my family had prepared for me. There was a game for males to see who knows more about babies. My husband didn’t know what a crib skirt was or a onesie was, in fact he failed the test miserably. It was only after my son was born that he received a crash course in baby clothing and accessories.

Crib skirts are very fashionable, my husband says. They make my son’s crib look more vintage and more elegant. Crib skirts can also be easily attached and removed. They also make my baby look like he’s a little prince – which to me he is and will always be. My husband picked out the crib skirts. He chose the ones in blue and green.
