beds

Humans spend a large part of our lives in bed. If you suffer from sleep problems, there is a good chance that your bed may also be a culprit in affecting the quality of your sleep. The “right” bed for a good night’s sleep depends on a number of factors and circumstances. Some prefer sleeping on straw bedding on the floor while others can sleep like a baby on a hammock strung between two trees.

Whatever type of bed you choose, it must be able to give you the correct support and comfort, and provide you with a healthy place to get enough rest. Sleep experts recommend that beds must be changed every 8 to 10 years as wear and tear means your bed may not be as supportive to your back and your health as it was when it was new.
