Some things grow on you. My small desk in the bedroom does not look very professional. That is because I inherited it from my elder daughter and she has had it since she was in high school. So, it looks more like a child’s desk in adult size. It is one of the things that have grown on me.

I believe that office desks are important fixtures in a bedroom. It is where you keep your pens and pencils, stacks of different kinds of paper, and an abundant supply of note cards. I keep a calculator, rulers and all sorts of adhesive tapes. I like it because it sits right beside the TV set so I can do my budgeting and accounting comfortably while watching TV. Best of all, when I am too lazy to clean up, I just close shut the cover and all the clutter disappears.
