After studying culinary and pastry arts, I have taken the leap to open my very own restaurant in the city. I know that this is quite a risk but I have always been passionate about cooking and baking, and this is simply a realization of my dream. I had quit my job to study my lifelong passion and there was no way of quitting at this point in time.

One of the things I purchased for the restaurant first hand was an interlocking anti fatigue mat. I would be expecting to stay in the kitchen for a number of hours, and I need to make sure that I am comfortable at all times. For a person like me expected to stay here all the time, I would need all the extra help I can get in order to perform my job without much hassle and with ease.
